Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. I see concrete walls going down. Maybe another tunnel for foot traffic.

That actually makes a lot of sense to keep pedestrians separate from traffic exiting the parking deck.

I was going to suggest a hole for folks to toss their NIL money into, but it's probably not that.
