Seriously though, I equate this to Compton needing a Bluegrass scene. If there is a market for it, then it will happen, otherwise no. One thing I do not want is for an entire segment of the population to feel unwelcome in Boone, and I hope that's not the case.

I've seen more complaints, in my daily searching, about Boone not having a barber shop that knows how to cut African American hair than those complaining about the night life.
