Good eye! Definitely meant parity although parody is another term that could have described the game.

Although I'll go out on a limb and say Wisconsin-Green Bay's #1 RPI rating won't last much longer, I do think they're pretty clearly better than Va. Tech, and Georgia State beat them, so that probably has to be the Sun Belt's best win.

That's valid. And no, they won't be #1 in RPI much longer, but they do have some impressive wins thus far including beating Miami on the road. In terms, of quality of opponent I'm not sure I can disagree with you, but I like App's win more for some reasons that are more intangible. GAST is the odds on favorite to go dancing from our conference as Green Bay is from the Horizon. I am just not really convinced that Wisc GB was that much of a superior team to GAST going into the game. App to me was the clear underdog in the Va Tech game based on season expectation and previous game performances which to me makes the win that much more impressive.

RPI-wise, Texas State's loss to UTSA was the worst loss for the conference.

Oh i don't think they're necessarily better than Georgia State either. Just better than VT. If we're talking biggest upset, App over VT is probably the answer.
