Softball Recruiting, 2016/2017

From internet reports App has picked up two 2016 commits (along with a 2015 commit I placed in another thread). All three play for the North Carolina Challengers Team. I am placing below their MaxPreps profiles, a roster page for the Challengers what lists all three as App commits, and a skills video I found for each.

I had another commit back on Aug 22 and was going to start this new thread then but I had a slight computer problem and lost a note I had made to myself. I was going to dig this afternoon but thanks to eggers76 I don't have to dig far.

From twitter reports P Carson Pace of North Davidson High School in Lexington, NC committed to App back on the 22nd. I'm linking her MaxPreps profile to this post. Not a ton of info but as usual I'll revisit these as the time passes and update as things become available. North Davidson is a powerhouse softball team that went 30-2 last season and had the #2 ranking in the state overall. Ms. Pace put in a lot of work from newspaper reports I saw. Our new coach is really hitting the recruiting trail hard and picking up both 2015 and 2016 commits.

Add one more Carolina Challenger to the list of commits. RHP/IF/OF Hailey Wood of Princeton High School in Princeton, NC announced on twitter yesterday that she has committed to App. I've again linked the Carolina Challengers Roster page, her MaxPreps profile and added a skills video. This makes four commits from the Challengers roster (one 2015 and three 2016).

While were at it let's add another of the Challengers to the team. OF/C Alisha Josey of Garner Magnet High School in Garner, NC has committed to App. That makes 5 off this roster to commit (One 2015 and four 2016). Below is her Challengers Profile and a skills video.
