Baseball tied for 6th
The final regular season SoCon series is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday versus Furman. We are currently tied for 6th with Furman and Wofford. Wofford hosts Samford after sweeping UNCG this past weekend. UNCG is in 9th but only a game behind the teams tied for 6th and they play bottom dweller the Citadel to close out the season. Our performances as of late have really put us in a tight spot when it appeared several weeks ago that perhaps this team was finding itself. It would be nice avoiding having to face the prospect of facing a top seed so early and avoid having to play an extra game.
