App St on the cover of Our State Magazine this August

So we’re back to being excited about being on a magazine cover. My how far we’ve fallen.

It is a lot more fun to go through life being excited about everything than putting conditions on what excites you.

Seriously. Some folks on here are so draining. Just tripping over themselves to rush in and be Debbie downer. Yeah, we aren’t where we used to be. Yeah, we all want to get back there.

Every positive doesn’t need some condition attached to it, or some “yeah, but remember when…how the might my have fallen.” It’s draining.

I would be excited to be on Our State Magazine (traditional non-sport content) even if we had went undefeated over the past 5 years.

Our State is a big deal. I know people who consider it a Bible for local organizations on how to make a flowery local magazine.

Finally was able to get a copy... Realize it is not going to happen... The aerial photo does show the significant amount of space between Miller Hill and the end zone. Wish we could tighten that up to get the students closer to the end zone.

Address sticker comes off easily. I do it regularly as I donate mine to church reading room. This one is exception it stays with me.

Summer is always a busy time of year for me at work. I’m glad I haven’t had too much time to worry football.
