I wasn't thrilled with the DL hire, lack of winning resume concerned me, but I swore I would give him at least 2 years and 3 if I saw improvement. I am having a hard time sticking to my pledge with the way this season has progressed. We have not improved, and I think we have regressed. I searched our records since we started playing football, we have only lost 4 in a row 2 times, 5 in a row once and NEVER lost 6 in a row. If we continue to play this poorly and do not win another game, it will be hard for me to continue to give DL time, we simply cannot have a historically worst finish and be happy with a coach.

I do wonder what the locker room is like. I was prepared to give this staff some grace but I am second guessing that at this point. I see no improvement anywhere or in any aspect of the team or their play.
If they have lost the locker room, we will do more damage having them stick around.
