Sam Crenshaw was Mike Hogewood’s No. 2 at WFMY-2 in Greensboro back in the 80s and 90s. He knows App well.

I said “someday.” That doesn’t mean any time soon. Might not be in my lifetime. But Shawn Elliot even made them semi-competitive. All of Georgia, but especially metro Atlanta is a hot bed of athletic talent. Ron Hunter proved GSU can compete at a high level in basketball if they lock down some of that in-state talent.
Could be good in basketball as only need a few players. Could be wrong..do not see it in my lifetime based upon current commitments by the student body. If no one attends as a student, how are they growing their panther club or whatever they call it ..and i am not referring to Cheetah III![]()
