How many former App players have had nice runs in the pros but didn’t really get conference accolades while in Boone? Seems like quite a few weren’t really considered great in college but had good careers in the NFL

Are you referring to Ryan? People forget he was a two-time All-Sun Belt pick by coaches and all-American in his senior year. He was pretty solid as a junior but he really turned it up a few notches as a senior. He has played so good that I remember having a discussion with someone on here that he was not being talked about enough and had a real chance to make it in the NFL. He then went to pro day and ran a 5.07 40 at 6’3, 301 pounds. He did 30 bench reps and had a 29-inch vertical jump as well. Really happy for Ryan.

If you can play, they will find you.

They have a detailed system built to find a player so if you are any good they will find you no matter what level.

No not him at all specifically. Seems like we have had several who got some run in the league who weren’t necessarily considered top players in the conference. It doesn’t matter though. Like was mentioned if you can play they will find you.

For sure. I was just making sure because I had someone else talked like Ryan was not a top player and he was really good. Lamm was a two-time first-team All-Conf player as well. People often overlook the offensive line names for some reason.
