He has the flu and didn't travel with the team.

I wonder if the fly has already hit some others? A few guys looked a step slow last week.
This team is hard to beat when the defense is playing well and we don't turn the ball over much on defense. Scoring is what it is with this bunch, but it doesn't have to be great to win.

Great win on the road against a quality OOC opponent. That suffocating defense really paid off.
A bright spot over here as I try and shake off the flu.

That would make more sense. Not sure if some of you recall a couple season ago we had a similar situation where a few players looked bedraggled and turned out some illness had swept through the team.JTApps1 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 08, 2025 8:45 pmI wonder if the fly has already hit some others? This is a great tool someone made for the SBB tournament seeding: https://bball.notnothing.net/sunbelt.php?sport=mbb
As it stands App still has a very good shot at the #2 seed. Winning out almost certainly clinches it and even if the series splits with Marshall they still have the inside track since the JMU sweep helps on most tiebreakers (presuming we end up tied with JMU it actually helps App in the tiebreaker scenarios against Troy). Two losses or more and it gets very difficult for even a Top #4 seed without some serious luck.

Nice road win.
I would prefer the 3rd or 4th seed, the 1 or 2 seed requires sitting too long.
I would rather have already played a won a game heading into the semifinals
