Only being slightly facetious here, but…I think the events planning committee just needs to sit the next one out. Every time we try to do something special or over the top we lose. White out, we lose. Blackout, we lose. Stripe the stadium, we lose. Bring in an App State wrapped race car, we lose.

I think teams have figured out the best approach to us and ODU displayed it last night.
It’s easy to over analyze after a big win or disappointing loss. We probably aren’t as good as we thought we were after the five game win streak or as bad as we seem over the last three games. It does make Saturday’s game really important though. As tight as the standings are,?a loss could drop us to 8th or 9th.

Technically, our Stripe the Stadium (for the JMU game) was thwarted by a snow storm.


We missed out on that one. We should have had a snow ball toss for that game.

LOL, Marshall and South Alabama also lost tonight (S Aly to ULM). Now we’re in a 5 way tie for 3rd, one game behind Troy at 2nd. Still think if we go 6-2 down the stretch, we’ll likely get 2nd or 3rd seed.

I agree...I think we are in a great position to go dancing. We just have to be hitting 3s in the tournament and making free throws. I predict if we shoot 33% and above from the 3 and 65% free throws in the SunBelt Tournament...WE WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yah really good outcomes last night. Arkansas St has to be estatic that gets them effectively a two game lead on first.
