Guys battled from start to finish. Refs let both sides play physical all game. Great job by Conners to step up when JMU was clearly not going to let CJ beat them or let us get anything around the rim.

We only allowed 92 points in two road games. There aren't many programs out there that will accomplish that this season. Nice win! Peaking at a good time to take on the best team in the West.

My son has never seen JMU beat us, not sure he ever will :lol: :lol:

App only allowed JMU to score 50 points in basketball. That’s 20 less than they scored against UNC in football.

Does anyone have a basketball Gameday tradition? I always put on the same hoodie and my class ring and we’re on a run right now.

This season I’ve had a weird coincidence of always having something I have to do during tipoff of App basketball games, so I’ve only watched the second half, if I can watch at all. Might just start tuning in at halftime on purpose.

It’s probably best you don’t watch the first half. This team always seems to go cold the final 10 minutes then turns it back on in the 2nd half.
