Be insulted all you want, #TeamClark was under appreciated when those post began, I was always, along with a few on here, agreed and understood the hardships that Clark had to go through as a coach, and the man went 40-24, 3-1 in Bowl games ,4 ranked wins, not too shabby body of work, underachieved this year for sure.

Case in point #1 -

Clark didn't get a Spring practice his first year as head coach due to a Bill Gates Pandemic.

Coach DL will have a spring season. Good for him.

He had more than enough time. He failed and was fired.

I called for Clark's head. I loved the hire at first too. I think he was perfect for what we needed then after Drink left. Outside of that we quickly saw that he was not the right one for the job. Like Saint said ... it is about the program. If any one person starts tanking the program they deserve the be let go. It does not matter who they are. I will support this guy and pull extremely hard for him to be successful because if he is then my Mountaineers are successful. No one gets a free pass. You either win or you are out.

Some of yall loving this guy a lot and I hope yall are right. Hope he kicks butt. If he doesn't he can have the same fate as Clark. Go Apps!

Saw info on Facebook page talking about nutrition program and meals for athletes. Hopefully Coach Loggains can help push for those improvements. I like that he has already had pro alumni speaking highly of him. Time to get those alumni back to Boone and accessible to the players. Has that been available the past few years? That’s how you instill the culture. With a strong presence of past players. Mentors if you will.

You know, you make a lot of good points. More people might have civil conversations with you if you weren't so abrasive and arrogant. I'm just offering some constructive criticism.

It's not as fun being any other way -- we can have private message pow wow's if you'd like, kinda like me being a message board therapist....

I like to see Appy be successful, I hate to see Appy loose their roots, it's always been the little engine that could, they have an awesome fan base that's sometimes a bit delusional.

I hate to see good people like Clark and Moore get treated unfairly by their own people and own school,
it's gotten to where outsiders come in and make a mint off of each you and leave and not care how they left it.

I actually prefer a later spring practice session. Never liked starting in February in Boone and the taking a break for spring break. I know the reasons behind it, just always thought it was strange. I have always thought that we should start spring practice after students return from spring break and have a spring game sometime in April. We all know Boone and even that timeline doesn't guarantee nice weather for a spring game but mid to late April is way better than mid March.

Satterfield started early Spring ball early, reason being if guys get hurt they have longer to get healthy before Fall Camp. it worked well for many years.

So we know he knows how to work and work efficiently or he would not have been in the league that long, a league where seasons are long and work never stops. And just maybe, since he coached teams that had Corey Lynch and Daniel Kilgore on the roster, he got a sense of some of that Appalachian success and pride, and maybe that rubbed off on him and maybe that’s one small reason he wanted to come here. Maybe.

You obviously didn't get all your vaccinations and boosters or you would've gotten the latest software update. People complain, but I think it's awesome. My internal wifi is better and faster than ever, and I know trigonometry now. I do keep seeing the same pattern of numbers in my sleep, though. PM if you've been seeing them too.
