I have been a season ticket holder since 2001 and if clark is still coach next year I won't be renewing. Its sad to see this great program falling to the levels we have this year. We aren't even competitive.
And if we run the table the next year, you'll be at home listening on WKBC or watching on a different cable package each week.

But you'll be hurting the program more than yourself.

Run the table? We have a defense that a high school team could probably score 20 on. I sure hope they do but I have a brain so I know that is not happening.

What do you see that makes you think that is possible? We won’t even win 7 games in a year we were picked to win the Sun Belt this year so I have a hard time thinking it’s possible.

I don't if he means to, but Clark comes off an dishonest at various points in his press conferences, especially regarding personnel.

"We came out of Clemson healthy." Then five key players are out versus ECU, some of them season ending. That was the worst one.

After Marshall, he was asked about repetitive defensive mistakes and immediately says we can't turn the ball over on offense. Then he says Joey wishes he would have those INTs back. You mean the screen pass where Kanye knocked it into the air of no fault of Joey?

There was last year after the first game where he very passionately claimed Burger would come back and have a great week of practice, giving the impression he wasn't injured at all. This was even tho Burger had a bandage out on his finger, then bled through the bandage before Joey was put in, then had an operation in the NEZ at halftime on his finger, and people knew about it.
And add to that I don't like the way he walks, and he needs a different haircut. To top it off did you see what he had for lunch the other day?

He ordered pop instead of a coke, didn't he. And drank unsweetened tea too I bet.

Those two would be grounds for termination even if undefeated 🤣🤣

Still trying to figure out on what basis it was decided we would win the Sun Belt. I am being serious. Who on earth thought we had the horses to run that race? Better than we are? Yes I did. Win the Belt? How?

You are 100% correct. If you really care about this program stop buying tickets. In fact stop all Josef donations. Don't even watch on TV. Don't cave in to blind loyalty.

In West BY GOD Virginia we always said let's go get a coke or bottle of pop - Never ever used the word Soda ===

Per Mack Brown - I have always said he is a great recruiter and that plays hand in hand with how he handles himself in front of a crowd/mic - And as always - I feel he is a mediocre coach - 5 years in a row with an NFL QB and this season with the #2 RB in the draft - and what is it now - 27 Defensive Coordinators :o

App finished last season strong, brought back most of the team, and every other good team in the Belt lost their coach.

I'm not sure about "most of team"
Just can't replace 4 OLmen easily - Lost 2 leading tacklers (no one else close), 4 of top 6, leading interceptor, top RB for last 4 years.
I did expect the offense to be a little better with all the returning WRs/TEs and the top QB + all the other RBs - for some reason the running game is not connecting while Nate is the 2nd leading rusher in the SEC.
At the beginning of the season everyone was hyped by the 12 team playoff and a chance for a NC - although I was hopeful, I didn't see it because I didn't see the kind of defense it takes to win championships - however I didn't expect this bad

I heard that from multiple people as well. Shawn is 64%, which is solid, but when you consider where we were before he took over and the current trajectory that is the problem. When your best years are your first 2 and you are on a decline that is not the trend you look for. This team completely belongs to Shawn so it falls on him.

64% with 6-0 against FCS. They’re still wins, and other coaches had them too, but those definitely fluff the % a little.
