They had a 45,000 seat stadium. They took down the upper deck and old press box to replace it with a new club seat/suite/pressbox expansion. The lower horseshoe is still intact and should handle their normal attendance.

What hurts them is LSU home games. If the Tigers play in Memorial Stadium, attendance suffers. LSU hosts Ole Miss at 7:30 Saturday night.

There is a difference in saying that they are going to have a better season than us and saying that their program has leap frogged us. They beat a 1-3 Wake Forest team by 3. (Yes, we'd love to have that win). They haven't beat a team this year that has an FBS win and their defense couldn't stop Tulane on 3rd down/gave up 38 points in the second and third quarters.

I'm not saying that I expect a win based on our performance this season, but Louisiana is very similar to our team.

They actually tore down the entire west side of their stadium. The lower bowl will have some premium seating that required it to be demolished as well. Total seating will drop to around 30k now with grass overflow if needed.

I think App will actually win this game. They do not have a mobile quarterback and should be able to more easily hold rush lanes. Without the mobility of Braxton at Marshall, App wins that game going away.

Five games, three against what I'd call mobile QB's. All three went poorly.

Those teams have improved, but some of it is because we let them.
