My point is look at any tennis facility, no barriers between courts and neither Stanford or UNC courts look as good as ours minus stands that no one ever attends at App anyway.

Are you legitimately that blind? The court you are trying to prove your point with has the barrier between courts 3 and four if you look closely and it also has the triangle barriers at the backs of each court to prevent balls from rolling into other courts. Our courts currently have neither.

It's ok to just admit you don't know anything about tennis or the courts.

Ok a small elevated walk way 2feet high is a “barrier”….and the triangle corners 4feet out are a “barrier” I guess since you want to be technical. There are no court nets that run the length of the playing surface (UNC).in fact only Wake Forest has any complete between court barrier. Duke n State n UNC don’t. The only thing I will admit to is being surprised at how arrogant your reply was. Hope the rest of your day is better. 40-love

Yes those are barriers. Most do not have complete court fencing for every court. I never once said ours needed that. You can call my reply arrogant if you want but your first comments just showed you don't really care about good facilities since your reply was that you were just happy they got done. I hope you take that attitude with all of our other facilities regardless of how many things they are missing, but "at least they got done!" But yea, there wasn't anything arrogant. You just need to admit when you don't understand something instead of claiming what is presented is good enough.

Now, hopefully this was a works in progress video, but time will tell.

Most generic and boring facility I've seen. Attention to detail is lacking. How much was budgeted for those courts.

They've made me forget about the NEZ...kinda. But these also make the NEZ look like Mercedes Benz in Atlanta.

Never said it was good enough....never said it was complete, just said I'm glad to get them done. Draw any inference that makes you feel better about your superior knowledge of all facilities. I lived in Bowie Dorm with a gravel lot so maybe you can understand why my bar my not be as lofty as yours.

Have mercy on all of our souls. We can't even discuss tennis courts without you getting butthurt. Jesus I'm just done. Talk all you want. I'm just done. Go enjoy your gravel lots since they are "good enough" and "got it done." Lofty expectations are the devil, noted.....

Huh? What are you talking about? You being confused is an understatement. No one is butthurt. This is a thread about tennis courts. Theres nothing controversial about it. Good grief, there you go trying to start something between two other innocent posters.

Do you have any comments about the tennis courts? If not then dont try to provoke something where there is nothing.

Oh good Lord. That “barrier” is a walkway in and out of the courts.

In more relevant news, it looks as if the grey A’s have been finished and are now black.

Yes it is a walkway in and out, but its a feature of nice facilities. Goodness yall really dont care about anything but football having nice facilities do you. So much scoffing and lack of care about our tennis program having as many facility perks as it can is just sad.

On a good note. You have confirmed for us that the drone footage was a progress video which is great so thanks for that.

I didn’t realize that pointing out the obstacle for what it was indicated that I was taking sides. Have a great day.

Need to see Mountaineers on the bar of the block A. That is, after all, our official logo.

Might be able to add some angled fencing after the fact, but yes, should have been incorporated day 1. (I don't know much about tennis but the nicer facilities and programs do have the angled fences). The Gold A's pop though! Could you imagine a black/dark gray painted court in the south anywhere but Boone....hot.
