It had to be EXTREMELY frustrating for the consummate winner ARMANTI EDWARDS to stand on the sidelines and watch a bunch of F-ING LOSERS !!!!!!!!!

I did, in jest. I posted on the Huddle, CSR, and tweeted several of the beat writers plus mods of the boards "Armanti is gone. All the Panthers problems are fixed. Super Bowl here we come". I never got a response from the tweets and haven't been back on the boards because, frankly, I couldn't care less what the response was. Shut down my Huddle account but haven't at CSR since it's SB Nation and I follow all the teams that have App players. I'll stick with CSR until we see what happens with De'Andre and DJ SMITH, since it was reported he worked out for them yesterday.

Most Panthers fans got their Christmas present early this year. Been dealing with those jerks and haters long enough.

Yes I do. And all of Cam's passes go EXACTLY where Cam wants them to. Even when Cam overthrows someone by 10 feet it's because Cam wanted to overthrow them. At least that's what Cam says Cam wanted to do. :D

Still better than Mr. "Check Down, Check Down, Throw into the Sidelines" Pickles. But that's not saying a whole lot.

Dang right, Armanti would make a great addition to The Redskins too! I hope AE gets picked up quickly by someone, hopefully Washington. This is great for us too, I dont have to pretend to be a Panther fan or have a reason to watch them any more.

So the Panthers cut AE in order to sign a Dolphin practice squad receiver named Mc Nut. Write your own punchline. You can't make thus stuff up.

Good bye WFNZ. The "Mac Attack" was sickening this morning. It wasn't enough to bash AE, so they went after all APP fans. They said we were delirious for "defending" AE, and if we all stopped listening it would be less than 5% of their audience. That actually speaks well of our fans.

Good luck AE. Now you can do what you do best, that you could never do in Charlotte- win championships!!!

WFNZ has a 1.2 rating. 19th out of 23 rated stations in Charlotte. No one listens anyway. :D

Now that they've pissed on the 5% of their listeners that are App fans maybe they can explain to their advertisers why they dropped to #23 out of 23 rated stations when that 5% quits tuning in.

Not bad from Sorenson.
I was offended somewhat by the dig (as I interpretted it) about Armanti being tackled by the punter. You'd think the dude had never seen a game. It's not uncommon for a punter to make the tackle on the return man when he gets the angle and has out run everyone else.

Wasn't that special. Panthers play their best game in years and whip the Vikings. Now everyone will say, I told you he was holding us back.

for the first Sunday in 4 years I DID NOT WATCH THE PANTHERS - I am much less frustrated than all those other games - hope AE lands somewhere he is appreciated ---

I'm not longer in the Panther's viewing area, but still count myself a fan - I guess, as I cheer for all NC teams. Though my excitement about the Panthers has certainly dwindled over the years. On the plus side, I get the chance to see Brian Quick every Sunday. :D

Don't get me wrong - I'm not pulling against them - with cable we HAVE to watch them every week and with that in mind (minus AE) it is much better if they win ---

I feel really bad for Armanti and hope that he is able to connect with another team. It doesn't look too good though; most of the coverage of his release was pretty negative. The most negative of all was from the Newton guy that covers the Panthers for ESPN. I was surprised at just how classless his article was and then looked at his bio and saw he was a Wofford grad.

Now I can go back to completely disliking the Panthers. Hope AE gets picked up and has a long career somewhere else.
