Great game
Tip of the cap to the coaches - they had the kids ready to play today. great game plan.
Tip of the cap to the players. They didn't quit (again).
This game could have been over early if we hadn't dropped so many passes and 2 (TWO) easy interceptions.
Big pluses - we had pressure on their QB most of the day; Our O line pass blocked as well as I 've seen them; Both lines played great. Our front 7 on D is gelling well. The coaches appear to have turned them lose on D and it is paying dividends.
A month ago I thought we might win one more game. We have won 4 in a row. Happy for Clark and the App family.

Coaches may not have called a perfect game, but the closeness of the game is not the coaches fault.

I was preparing to get my heart ripped out of my chest again, but not today. I'm thrilled, and hope everyone else is one here regardless of where we stand on Clark/whatever.

We won, could have done some things differently and sure plays could have been made, but we beat an undefeated JMU squad on their senior day.
Not ready for a full meal of it, but I'll take an amuse-bouche portion of crow about Clark. Win next week and earn a chance to go to the title game I'll take an appetizer portion. Win the conference title game and take me to the buffet.
Feels great to be a Mountaineer, safe travels to those that made the trip to Harrisonburg, and beat Southern!
