I'd be happy if they just threw the damn ball to him 1 time.

I honestly think they were considering using Armanti this season until Ginn came along and seems to fit perfectly in to the cam newton throwing rotation. I really think Armanti is done now. They will keep him through the year in case of injury but he is gone after the season. Most of the throws that Cam makes to him are compete garbage and often time seem halfhearted. The on-field chemistry just doesn't seem to be there.

Armanti is making good money for doing nothing but practicing with the team.

Ginn has produced, but he has had the ball thrown to him, whereas AE hasn't even been looked at by Cam. AE is an innjury away from seeing the field, and I predict he'll have to be used this season at some point.

I agree on the one injury away. Armanti was in for a couple plays during Smith's brief injury departure Sunday. They also said the safety that could have been there to assist with coverage on Ginn's TD had opted to help cover Armanti on a crossing pattern. Maybe that's some sort of an assist stat.
