We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Re: It's Burger Time - GW discussion
We should beat them playing at our worst. Which we probably will, but we may limp into a win. Disappointing wins will do nothing to get this program going. Burger looks solid, but not much else.

This should go without saying. This should be a 35-0 type game. Yet here we areappstatealum wrote: ↑Sat Sep 02, 2023 3:50 pmWe should beat them playing at our worst. Let them both ride. Burger does look timid, it the run game has been abysmal. We have trouble passing if we can’t move the ball running.

That 3rd and 11 dropped snap scramble was a huge whiff for us. We could have gotten it back, now they’ll chew clock to half…

I am not usually one to pile on negative comments. I have done it as we all have but I tend to not post those, even if I am thinking it. But I have not felt the way I am feeling during an opening game against an FCS team in many a year. Hopefully halftime is used to get the App blood boiling and we come out with a bit more fire.yosef69 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 02, 2023 3:49 pmYou want analysis? We are getting bullied in all aspects by an FCS team. That should be enough analysis for you. Our head coach is in over his headMrCraig wrote: ↑Sat Sep 02, 2023 3:48 pmThank you for a little bit of analysis, unlike the chicken littles on here.
O-line looks really rough. Defense is showing flashes of great play and then some awful mistakes. Burger is keeping plays alive despite his o-line not giving him time. Impressed by him so far.
This is my very generic signature added to each post.

Miss me with this shit. It’s 14-10 vs a team we should beat by 28.MrCraig wrote: ↑Sat Sep 02, 2023 4:00 pmIt’s halftime. What’s the score?yosef69 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 02, 2023 3:49 pmYou want analysis? Re: It's Burger Time - GW discussion
Some guys seem to be just waiting around for a misstep so that you can be proven right on your doomsday predictions. I don't know why you both watching the games.
Regarding the zero chance against UNC...in 2019 our offensive genius coach had us leading 14-0 against ETSU, a team that had just re-started its program. in game 2, we gave up 41 points to a terrible Charlotte team and held on to win a shoot out. In week 3, we beat UNC at their field.
Look, nobody is thrilled with the first half, but we are figuring some things out. It appears that Aguilar might be the man. My guess is we see both QBs a fair amount this year. The D shows definite improvement. Sure, they have things to improve and identifying those is the reason we play a decent FCS team in week 1. I don't know what's going to happen, but I'll be damned if I give up in the first half of game 1.
GO APPS!
