My friends just finished a short term rental unit on King St across from the old Murphy’s above 828 Real Estate. It’s more for 2 friends or a couple and comes with in town parking space. New brewery will be opening in old Murphy’s spot by September/October. They did a great job with the space and there isn’t a better location. Only restriction is that you are not allowed to say Roll Neers.

it is nice. I think I bumped my head looking at the photo's but very efficient use of space. Good luck with it.
