I bet that's why he's transferring. He got that whole teal pee thing cleared up and realized he didn't have to live like that anymore. He could go be a starter at a smaller P5 and pee like a normal person.
We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

I don't think you realize how complicated our general education requirements are.

Re: Possible transfer situations
My guess is he wants limelight to increase draft stock and go compete for a natty. Clemson, UGA, TENN have unknowns in the qb room and stress free winning situations in place. Shoot even bama might be a fit for his scheme. FLLLLorida would welcome him with that mullet. He will have a long line of suitors if that ankle is good to go.

I fully realize how complex they are, I question the rational and the application of form over substance.

His ankle should be fine. That shoulder that Chadwell made him rush back for though... yikes311neers wrote: ↑Tue Dec 13, 2022 1:57 pmMy guess is he wants limelight to increase draft stock and go compete for a natty. Agreed, no zip on the ball and deep throws floated after that injury. Will be interesting to see if he gains the strength back in the shoulder.AppStateNews wrote: ↑Tue Dec 13, 2022 2:00 pmHis ankle should be fine. You mean not even close to the rope Brice threw to Davis from 28 yards out to End Zone in 4th qtr against Carolina?AppDub wrote: ↑Tue Dec 13, 2022 3:14 pmAgreed, no zip on the ball and deep throws floated after that injury. I never ever saw McQB throw passes with that kind of zip anytime in his CCU career.

Re: Possible transfer situations
Not sure how anyone is dogging a qb’s production/talent when he had 96 total tds to 8 ints in 3 years. Only because he played for that crappy teal program hahaAtlAppMan wrote: ↑Tue Dec 13, 2022 6:49 pmYou mean not even close to the rope Brice threw to Davis from 28 yards out to End Zone in 4th qtr against Carolina?AppDub wrote: ↑Tue Dec 13, 2022 3:14 pmAgreed, no zip on the ball and deep throws floated after that injury. Re: Possible transfer situations
Wasn't a comparison to anyone other than himself. Dude wasn't quite right after the shoulder injury, but 3 time Sunbelt POY is still quite a resume.AtlAppMan wrote: ↑Tue Dec 13, 2022 6:49 pmYou mean not even close to the rope Brice threw to Davis from 28 yards out to End Zone in 4th qtr against Carolina?AppDub wrote: ↑Tue Dec 13, 2022 3:14 pmAgreed, no zip on the ball and deep throws floated after that injury. Re: Possible transfer situations
But, he doesn't increase his stock if he transfers and sits behind other QB's. It's kind of a catch-22. He has to find a program where he can be the starter and that has the overall offensive talent to improve his status. Or, he just takes the biggest NIL and makes his money on the front end with a chance to make more later.311neers wrote: ↑Tue Dec 13, 2022 1:57 pmMy guess is he wants limelight to increase draft stock and go compete for a natty. Re: Possible transfer situations
Correct, he would only go to those schools if he felt good about being the starter. However, I think he could win the jobs at all those schools listed above. Not one has a proven quarterback behind the ones that are leaving. A ton of talented qbs on those rosters but none have the experience that he has. Wake could be a good option as well, would think he could win that one with ease. Going to be interesting to see what he does. He's a top 25 qb in the country and a top 5 qb transfer in the portal. Just please leave the Sunbelt, won't miss him one bit!WASU 93 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 14, 2022 12:02 amBut, he doesn't increase his stock if he transfers and sits behind other QB's. It's kind of a catch-22. Re: Possible transfer situations
My crystal ball pick is to Auburn or Florida. Or if he’s staying closer to home, picks South Carolina (if their guy turns pro). Dark horse is QBU in Raleigh.

Re: Possible transfer situations
I am not dogging his production/talent other than making a VERY specific comparison. Overall he has been very very good. He has been impressive with his decision making and he has, in past, had a fairly accurate arm, as his completion percentage and TD/Int ratio proves. I do wonder if his injuries will heal. His stock was very high a year or so back but it feels like it has gone down rather than gone up. As such, I think he needs a situation that will allow him to showcase that he is back healthy to maximize his stock. I don't have any ill will towards the kid and hope him the best.311neers wrote: ↑Tue Dec 13, 2022 6:51 pmNot sure how anyone is dogging a qb’s production/talent when he had 96 total tds to 8 ints in 3 years. Wouldn't that be a turn of events if Drink not wanting him in 2019 was true haha. As a hater myself, I always have thought McCall was a bit overrated but the kid has that *it* factor that is hard to find.
