Tough game for the Apps unless their shots are falling. The Bucs defend their Freedom Hall hardwood.

There will be a couple of interesting roster cross-connections in tomorrow night's game. Menchville, VA's 6-3 G Etienne Strothers, a 2023 signee for the Apps, has an older brother playing for the Bucs. Allen Strothers is a 6-1 RFrosh G for the Bucs. The Strothers brothers played at Menchville High.

People who are in a position to know vow and declare that App State 6-5 220 senior SF Donovan Gregory's younger brother, Jeremy, is a 6-6 230 frosh PF for the Bucs. Don played at Carmel Christian School. Jeremy played at North Meck before transferring to Oak Hill Academy for his senior year. I can't confirm the family connection 'cause both guys pretty much keep their personal lives to themselves.

Regardless, each of these four kids come from winning programs and they play like champions on the court.

Good lord Louisville is bad. If I read it correctly they scored 4 points in the last 8 minutes and had a grand total of 11 FGs. Any App win is great but a win over Wake will be more impressive (hopefully)
