Based on the number of tickets we can't seem to give away on this board, Georgia State may feel like it's a home game. This is where we're going to need the student body to step up and take over the stands.

It is a bad combo from losing, Wed night, and first cold weather. I'd be surprised to see much more than 20-22k. Hopefully the students show up well and are prepared for the weather to stay the whole time. Was happy my professor cancelled our online class for tomorrow evening.

22k will do just fine….we will be 22k engaged fans…I don’t think we had much more than that for the weeknight games last year and the environment was awesome

Based on what some of recent games I have seen of our competitors 15,000 would look full compared to Marshall v UL empty stands. Coastal v ODU empty stands. GaSo v JMU empty stands. The last 2 were weekend games. Surprised especially with Coastal not having a packed house since they were undefeated then

During my time in Boone (88-93), I saw it snow in every month except June and July so not sure there really is an "early" time for snow in the high country.

With that said, there will be plenty of no shows in the season ticket sections (which is expected for a midweek game). We'll still have better optics and a bigger, louder, more engaged crowd than Marshall had last week or Coastal has when they host a weeknight game.

I remember the first time we played GaSt. In Boone.Game time temp.was 27,windy and blowing snow.Our guys came out in spring unis,coaches were in polos.I listened to their radio net. online.in Atlanta.Their players said they were intimidated by that.We won.
