We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Re: Beat Troy
Yep. We better stay focused or Troy will steal all of the good. Troy and Troy only! A lot of distractions this week, coaches need to keep’em focused!

Re: Beat Troy
That is literally the only game I think we can sleep walk through for a half and still impose our will. Everyone else on our schedule could beat us if we don't show up and play well. Troy is a big game. It would be a huge for them to steal our shine this weekend. I really want to beat them by 20+ before they get back to where we all know they can be. I have a lot of respect for Troy and I remember the days when we played them in the playoffs and when they would put up 20 All-Southland players and run rough shed through a very tough Southland back in the day. I also remember their LSU win and they have good facilities now so they will definitely be able to improve that talent. Gunner Watson is a good QB that I'm hoping McLeod and Hampton can wreak havoc on to stop him from going off for 300 yards.

Re: Beat Troy
Said Texas A&M about us, before playing us. I get it but I'm an "Any Given Saturday" kind of guy. I saw us lose to NC A&T and the Citadel not too long ago. Focus on the task at hand and just win baby, just win.AppStFan1 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 13, 2022 3:14 pmThat is literally the only game I think we can sleep walk through for a half and still impose our will. Re: Beat Troy
I remember those and even the VMI loss as well. We do have enough talent that a bad FCS team should not give us problems but I agree with what you said. We just need to take it one game at a time. Margin of victory helps with rankings and national perception but winning by 1 every week gives the same trophy as if we win by 20. Troy is the first step towards a SBC title and I expect us to win if our players are focused. Hopefully they have put A&M behind them and are taking Troy seriously. Games like this are trap games and I fear this could be closer than people expect it to be. If we are focused and clean up the mistakes from last week then we could have a great day though.mikeyosef wrote: ↑Tue Sep 13, 2022 3:51 pmSaid Texas A&M about us, before playing us.
