Just be sure to load ticket into wallet, email may not work as most stadiums have lousy service.
You can take a screenshot as well.

This is the problem. Plenty of our fans don't travel very often or attend other sports venues. I've blocked off a couple of hours before the first game to teach my parents how to use the wallet on their phones. :D
Can I come? (:

Can't use a screenshot with the Hurricanes. Can't say one or the other with our new system.

When get electronic ticket, is an option to print?
I typically save tickets to wallet. However, for those that are not comfortable with it, if printing is an option, I would print.

I have no idea what a wallet is or if I even have one on my phone much less how to download to it.

I was told that renewing tickets for 2022 automatically creates the three year commitment. Of course, one can always drop that commitment later if they chose to do so. But, I had overlooked it when renewing but the ticket office told me I was automatically provided the commitment.

The NFL went to an all digital ticket format. They implemented it over a 3 year period. I used this last season with the Panthers and had no problems but was told that taking a "screen shot" of your ticket would not work...always saved mine to the "wallet" on my smart phone. The Panther's App always sends me a reminder a couple days prior to the game to remind me to save my dicket to the "wallet". Maybe the format ASU uses will allow for "screen shots" or even printing the ticket out at hope to be scanned. I know the Panthers had MAJOR problems when this was first implemented and it took several games to work out. The problem comes with folks who do not have a cellphone (yes, there are some) or folks who still use a flip-phone (I was one of these until a little more than a year ago).

Had digital tixs last year when I needed extra tickets at KBS. Like you said it can be saved in the wallet or screen shot and they also send via email. (people without smart phones can print them out at home)

All Premier League teams in the UK have used digital for a couple seasons now. It’s fairly easy to do for anyone familiar with their phone, but will have a learning curve for those who have less experience with it.

I’ve been using digital airplane and movie tickets for 5+ years. I find it way more convenient than paper.

I don’t really have to hope, because I plan ahead.

My phone battery lasts for at least a day, and I have an external battery if I need it for when I travel (which I have never HAD to use it). I charge my phone nightly and plug it into my car when I’m driving a long distance. Phone batteries are getting to the point that they shouldn’t be much of a concern.

It's a pretty quick learning curve to remember to be prepared. I've only had one flight where I forgot my travel battery/cords. Watched too many movies on the first leg, landed at my connection with less than 5% battery and only had the e ticket on the phone. Was sweating bullets but made it on the last leg. Now triple check my travel bag....

Although battery life has gotten better over the years. Once would think they would last longer than they do.... guess it is another revenue stream for cellphone companies or companies that supply the industry. Conspiracy theory I tell ya!! 😂

I actually have several power banks of different sizes. Two (1 small, 1 larger) stay permanently in my backpack for travel. I have a larger one in my desk that just goes with me wherever. They’re so cheap now (the smaller ones I have were freebies) it’s easy to have a couple all over the place.

Some of my best days are when my cell phone dies out early.

Every now and then I see a meme “could you live in this cabin for a month with no phone/tv/internet for $1mil”. Dude, that would be my absolute dream. Please take this phone out of my pocket forever.
