They try pretty hard to recruit new members today. A lot of social media and peer pressure. I complain about them not doing this adequately throughout the year so gotta give some credit on the day they do. And toss a few extra dollars to support the effort as well.

Donated today to the Appalachian Fund. Monthly donations to the MAF (that’s what it’s called now, right?). Shared on social media and with alumni friends.
