Re: UL v. StAte
ULL’s offense looks to be enjoying getting back to the non-App State portion of Sun Belt play.

This game reinforces how well our defense played in our game against ULL.
Give 'em hell!

Also how important it was for us to run the hell out of the ball to eat clock and keep this offense off the fieldBeauFoster wrote: ↑Thu Oct 17, 2019 7:55 pmThis game reinforces how well our defense played in our game against ULL.

The Stanford stadium looks 85% empty on the Mothership. We may have had more in the stands after a 2 hour delay.

Re: UL v. StAte
I think if we had a better game plan offensively you'd feel more comfortable about the chance of a rematch. We kept running the stretch play which ULL clearly knew how to stop and made little attempts to get it to our stud WRs. Hopefully a potential rematch would take place in Boone.

Drink admitted to being too conservative against La. That tells me we have more for them next time.

Re: UL v. StAte
LaLa pulled away against not so good state team. Didn't really want to see LaLa again either, but I think we can beat them again. If La gets away from running the ball, they aren't that good. Drink will attack them differently in December.
