South Alabama isn't Penn State, but their offense has some weapons and is certainly closer to what we faced week 1 than the next two games. Our defense may be what it has shown the last two outings but its hard to know based on the very weak competition. This week should be a better measure of where we are defensively.

Everyone certainly entitled to opinions. Not sure what defensive team some of you guys think we have, or some cases don’t have. I see a pretty deep and solid squad.

I tend to look at the line, as well as, the Over/Under. It is only 60 which, when compared with the line tells me that the odds makers don't have a lot of faith in the Jags.

Would really love to put up a GW-ish performance to avenge that L from the "lost year" but my head just won't let me go there. Kinda curious how our guys would perform in a dogfight, at the Sun Belt level, but would rather not risk it. Let's go with...

I just don't see us running away with this one the way some do. I need more confidence I suppose. My gut is telling me this is a close one; blame it on memories of the 2014 game.
