Cliff Dwellers
Just checking to see if anyone else has had a negative experience with Cliff Dwellers. I'm unable to switch my reservation I had scheduled this weekend due to the hurricane. My job requires me to assist with hurricane relief efforts while we are under a state of emergency. Seems like they would be willing to work with you on changing your date under these circumstances.

Re: Cliff Dwellers
If anyone knows of a family that has been evacuated please let them know they can stay in my room free of charge tomorrow night. I can share reservation information, just shoot me a PM.
Thank you

Re: Cliff Dwellers
Call or write the NC Price Gouging Hot Line. It may not help. but it can't hurt. In a declared State of Emergency I don't think they can legally do that.

Re: Cliff Dwellers
Funny you should ask, but yes. It’s been a long time (15-20 years). Our 6 year-old son became very sick, as in hospitalized. They initially said too bad, but reconsidered only after they had rented the room. Always think about it when I drive by. Not sure if ownership/management has changed since then, but we never called them again.
