Holy smokes. I wasn't able to watch but was following on ESPN and did not realize there was a stat problem. So happy to see that and glad we got the W!

I had a terrible case of tinnitis that ended a few seconds after the game was over. It started as soon as I got off work and turned the sound up on the game. Very odd.
This is my very generic signature added to each post.

A win on the road at this point , over any opponent on the road , is big.We had a couple of guys step up at crucial points and make plays. That's what we've been missing in our close losses.Well done Apps.

We played pretty bad most of the game, but we won. I’m thrilled. This team is finally past needing a perfect game to win every night out. That’s moving in the right direction.

I get tickled at all of us. One game we are in despair and one game we've turned the corner.

But, somehow shot 53% from field and 54% from 3, and had a 17-8 assist turnover ratio. I don’t think I’ve seen stats like that this season. Unfortunately, we’ve been outrebounded several times lately, which seemed to be our strong point earlier this season. Got to improve on free throws since there will probably be quite a few close games in the belt.

Great win, got to listen to second half. Great shooting - over 50% from three and very turnovers were the key.
Still need to work on FTs.

I would against D1 competition it was our best overall game from the floor. I'm still at a loss that we can't shoot better from the line. It will cost us again if we continue to shoot so poorly.
I think few of us would have predicted 3-1 in the Belt after our poor start v. D1 opponents. Next weekend will be a challenge as two of the preseason favorites visit the High Country.

For me, its hard to just look at a box score, and evaluate play. I need to see it. We've got a couple guys showing up, and hitting some big shots at the right time. We've won two games with three pointers late in the game. We easily could be 1-3, but we are not. Free throws still boggle my mind. Fox's teams just a couple years ago was near the top of the conference.app97 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 07, 2018 10:10 amBut, somehow shot 53% from field and 54% from 3, and had a 17-8 assist turnover ratio. We've had to make big plays late in part because of poor line performance. Shots have fallen in 3 of 4 .I'd prefer some breathing room but will take what I can get .

Props to Williams and Hinton. These guys have stepped up these last few games and hit some big time, clutch shots to help the team win.

I'd prefer poor free throw shooting and winning to good free throw shooting and losing.
