Somebody is going to learn a lesson here. Either the person who did it is going to learn you can't behave that way, or the person who made the accusation is going to learn that you can't make things up. Either way, the best case scenario is that someone is held accountable.

So far the video reviewed does not show any of the alleged activity. UM officials are serious about checking this and attempts to contact Sophie Randalman the color guard member who posted this on Her Facebook have gone unanswered. I think She also has taken down her Facebook page.

I really didn't. After high-profile loses this board launches a thread every 30 seconds for like 5 days. I also tend to avoid the MMB when we lose.

But yeah I'll just say it wouldn't be the first false accusation leveled at a football player on this campus.

I'll reserve judgment, but I don't expect this to end well for Appalachian State.

Why in the world would you put something like this on facebook or anywhere else in social media?

If this really did happen, her first and only stop should have been the university administration. Of course she had to take down her facebook account! What did she think would happen making this sort of accusation ? And against Miami of all teams? When are people going to think before they post things online? When are they going to learn. Even if true, you're just setting yourself up for misery and heartache the likes of which you can't imagine with something like this.

I found her Facebook page. She's sticking g to her story and did send info to both App and U admin....the Miami media says so far nothing has been noted on videos....Stay tuned.

Are there any other credible witnesses to this incident? Surely with over 70,000 eyes watching live, plus all of the cameras, cell phones, etc. Someone had to have seen this happen. Posted on the other thread....I watched Miami run out and did not see this happen. I would think if something like this happened Coach Richt would have been informed immediately. Story just isn't adding up for me. If this is in fact fabricated, it's not a good look for Appalachian State.

Yeah ESPN runs a lot of soft stories but I'm surprised they picked this up. Also don't accuse the Guard member of lying. Just let the facts come out and reserve judgment.
