The Miami fans have a point. A bad loss to a good team means we should accept that we're lower-tier. Just like when the U got absolutely boatraced by Clemson last year, shut out at "home", they shut down their football program and replaced it with an interpretive dance team.

OR it could be the case that everyone has off days and off years.

How much did you drink? Outside of one run, Miami's run game was pretty well bottled up. Kaaya made all the throws he needed to make and didn't miss an open guy.

That's just he thing Miami was open every play. I think I saw just one or two contested pass play with he exception of law interception. Our secondary was not even on the same playing field as Miami.

We are where we should be 1-2. Our season starts next week against a red hot Akron team. Let's re-group and get back on track. All our goals are still achievable. Maybe now our delusional and dreamer fans will realize that a 2 year full-fledged FBS program will take some beatings from the more elite P5 programs. We are a good team with good coaches...we will right this ship and compete hard for the Sun Belt title!!! GO APPS!!!

It took ECU up until less than a decade ago to be .500 since joining the upper division.

Yeh I am kind of surprised they burned us that bad . I knew they would get some yards but the coverage and play calling on defense was comical to say the least. We are the only team in America that cannot get the play call in on defense and offense and it has been this way for years . That cost us the game not being ready on numerous plays.
