MAC Big weekend
Did anyone watch the MAC rule the Big 12 last weekend, I know that CMU was not a legit victory but alas it is a W. I wonder if Ohio and beat Tennessee this weekend? Thoughts?

Re: MAC Big weekend
Ohio couldn't beat us in Camellia Bowl and we had a bunch of people hurt. We need the Vols to win out.

Re: MAC Big weekend
So playing devils advocate... Agree if Tenn wins out it makes our game in a silo look good. However, since we lost to Tenn and TxSt beat Ohio, would an Ohio win be better overall for the SunBelt RPI and end of year BCS $$$$$ distribution?

Don't think the RPI plays any formal role in football. I believe that distribution is based on overall OOC record, though I'm not sure if it's all games or just G5 vs. G5.AppDawg wrote:So playing devils advocate... Either way, presumably an Ohio win would benefit the MAC much more than it would the Sun Belt.
