Would you sell a kidney for $200.00? That's what you can pay for 6 games :D

Here's the only way to guarantee tickets to the Miami game. At a set price too!

I would say, hands down, that The U game WILL absolutely be the biggest home game ever, to date. Hosting a five time FBS national champion in Boone with the likely possibility that they will be a top 25 ranked team has to rank above anything we have experienced to this point in our history.

Does anyone disagree?

I used the Miami game as an example of Dynamic Pricing in class today as we worked on our Sports and Entertainment SIM. Plug APP any time I can!

I doubt they'll be Top 25. First two games for the Canes are hosting Bethune-Cookman and FAU. Unless they absolutely destroy both, the pollsters won't move them up unless they buy into the Richt hype big time.

Good grief, we played Bethune-Cookman when we were in NAIA. They will certainly destroy Bethune-Cookman unless they call off the dogs.

By far it will definitely be the biggest home game in our history. Lamb is a great QB, but if we still had Armanti, we could win that game and we may anyway.

If you check most preseason analyst you will find almost all have The U listed in their early top 25. I am just basing that on what I am reading.

Top 25 or not, I completely agree.

If they aren't preseason top 25, they won't move up based on anything they do in their early games, but they could still move up based on teams ahead of them losing.

Plus of a noon game, you get to watch highlights of App beating Miami for the rest of the day. Minus, you probably won't remember them the next day.

Here is a sampling of a few early preseason rankings. So we play a top 10 to open season and then bring in a top 25 to Boone. If we want to make a big splash and statement for a NY6 spot taking both those guys down will go a long ways. It is not impossible for our guys to step up. Here's the cool part, if our guys do step up and take down the Vols at Neyland then you can bet we will be in the Top 25 when the U comes to town. Now you are really talking excitement.

Bleacher Report - Tennessee - 7, Miami - 25

Sports Illustrated - Tennessee - 8, Miami - 23

Athlon - Tennessee - 8, Miami (team to watch and would not be surprised if they are in preseason top 25)

Orlando Sentinal - Tennessee - 11, Miami - 25

FoxSports - Tennessee - 11, Miami - 25

Miami gonna be top 25 when they come to Boone fo sho. They have one of the most slept on backfields in the country this preseason with Kaaya and Yearby. They are the favorites to win the Coastal this year.

Apps by 30 tho

I hadn't considered that- but it would certainly add to the hype. We could even be ranked higher (if only slightly) than The U when they come to town.

Disclaimer: I know the prospect of beating Tennessee is unlikely, but it's still nice to think about. ;)

They're borderline 25, unlikely to be picked ahead of UNC in the Coastal, and nobody is sleeping on Kaaya; he's showing up on the Heisman watch lists and as a projected high draft pick next year.

Anything is possible...and Tennessee isn't Clemson, thank God, but every bit capable of hanging a number on us. Our depth on the O-Line and emergence of new WR's is IMO a huge question mark. Our game must be mistake free and Taylor cannot have a mini-melt down like he did against Clemson.
