Not to replace either. Replaces Leigh Morrow. Brian Tracy took Beasley's place and Mauney is still in place.

So far he's batting 1000 as far as I'm concerned. I'm not worried in the least.

I think they will get someone good, but I wouldn't expect a seasoned vet. Usually these hires at App are around a 65k yr job. I think getting a young, hungry and innovative individual who has excellent interpersonal skills would be a success..
