We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

More about what LSU has. No one has the bats to beat their pitching. As soon as I saw that changeup from Eyerson with 2’ of run and the reliever sitting 100…whew.Captain Morgan wrote: ↑Sun Jun 22, 2025 3:56 pmCoastal just doesn't have the bats to overcome LSU pitchers.

I've seen low tier minor league teams that would lose to that LSU pitching line up. Beach Chickens had a good run. Look at that. I even capitalized both words in their name out of respect for the work they put in.

I know you can't argue balls and strikes by letter of the law, but that was an overreaction. I've seen plenty of SEC coaches stay in the game for much worse.
The HC comments of the ump that fell down's lack of athleticism, well humorous, isn't something I'd want to see our coaches say in a presser.

Agree. I have an issue with him tossing the first base umpire. He only tossed him when he made a comment while looking straight ahead and with the umps back to him. He was done arguing directly and it was over. No need to toss him. The ump made it about him.Saint3333 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 23, 2025 10:05 amI know you can't argue balls and strikes by letter of the law, but that was an overreaction. Re: 2025 Baseball Mega Thread
I watched the replay several times again today and Coastal got hosed with the umpire throwing Schnall out of the game. This is the CWS and there has to be some leeway. The announcers could not believe it. I am not saying this would have changed the final outcome but it was not right to CCU. I don't think they would have done it to the LSU coaches.
