I don't recall anything about this. It isn't on our schedule showing as a canceled game. I did some Googling and didn't find anything that referenced it. I'm not sure what to tell you.

Basketball When was this? I don't remember it. I think Charlotte would be happy to do H/H with App. We aren't looking very good this year after losing our best 3 players in the portal. Two of them are now starting for top 10 teams. Sucks to be a feeder program, but that is how the food chain works ...

I think the rest of your post is pretty spot on. We are going to beat some teams this year--Clemson isn't one of them. I think we will be in good company in that respect.
