We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Looks like Malachi is pushing for a big senior season. He was in the top group in several categories including the top vertical leap and second in broad jump. Hope he can stay healthy!

Its good to see our guys on the line putting up these numbers on bench and squats...were going to see a couple pancakes this year.

Devin Stringers speed really sticks out to me; you do not find that in an outside linebacker often. Obviously Malachi's number are amazing as well.

One person I would like to see in the rotation this year is Jaquil Capel. I heard good things about him as a person and I think we could utilize his speed.

Agree about Capel. That speed needs to find its way onto the field. At minimum, get the kid returning kickoffs and/or punts.

I agree with using him in the kicking game. No need to let that speed go to waste on the bench.

What stuck out to me was Upshaw with a 540lb Squat! Fernandez was team best at 550. Upshaw sure packs a punch in that small frame.

6-2 330lbs - Fernandez
5-10 200lbs - Upshaw

That is some serious and stout improvements! Bigger, faster, stronger, tougher, 20/22 starters returning......when does fall camp open up??????
We don't slide at Appalachian State. It's a sign of weakness.

I look forward to Upshaw dragging a pack of tacklers down the field frequently.

We saw both Cox and Upshaw at Boone Golf Club hitting on the range this past weekend and both looked like they have put on some weight.
