Did you enjoy the final 6 games of the season?? We finished 3rd and were picked to finish 7th pre-season. Here is your chance to help out Coach Iron Mike, our strength and conditioning coach. He is in need of several pieces of equipment to help the athletes get stronger. Just wanted to brief everyone on where we stand. The amount shown by the thermometer and in the 2nd post of this thread are the low ball figures. The amount only mirrors what's actually been posted or reported to me so it does not reflect the true total from donors outside the MMB or posters here who have not reported their contribution.

Moose has reached out to folks at the university and we are running into a "privacy" issue when trying to get an exact amount. He is still working on getting us a truer figure so fans have a better idea on exactly where we stand. In the mean time, I'll continue updating as it is reported to me. We'll do our best to keep everyone in the loop. Thanks to everyone who has contributed. Coach Iron Mike has expressed his gratitude for our effort.

I loved Smithey's in Boone back in the day. I read that the one in North Wilkesboro reopened, but I think it was just the lunch counter part. Great progress on the S and C 700 Club! I will give some more after the first of the year if needed to get the goal.
