We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

I said when CC left there was writing on the wall people are starting to see some scribbling. Corporate money is going to be a huge component going forward and the new chancellor is taking steps to get it done.

FWIW, I would almost, I say almost, be content with our Chancellor getting our fair share from the state. We never have.
