We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Yeah, you may have a point there. From what I've heard it seems the players don't have much "respect" for him.
Which should be task #1 for any coach -- get the players to respect you.
But, its hard to say he's done a poor job recruiting in my opinion..
He brought in an Xavier commit in Canty, a former top 100 HS player in Baskin, and a UConn Commit in Trice. Additionally, he brought in a Metro 4A and District 7 NC player of the year (Eaves), a 4 time florida all state player (Burgess), an NC all state player (Neal), and the "second-best shooter" out of high school in NC (Hamilton).
And let's not forget Graham and Flomo. So clearly, the guy can recruit and get the attention of some touted and talented players. He just can't put them all together and form a winning team
WOW....that makes me excited for the next coach !!
I am really excited about BBall future....we can only get better

I do believe that Capel has a future as a coach. He does seem to be able to recruit some decent talent. With some seasoning as an assistant somewhere perhaps he will be able to find a head job down the road. Despite our frustrations with the program, I don't believe that he is a bad guy and I certainly wish the best for him moving forward.
