Who cares if the MVP started out as a walk-on? Do we only want "highly regarded" recruits, regardless of how they turn out? Could anyone
really watch Healy last year and Spagnolo during the last half-dozen games and crack on them about "only being walk-ons"? My God, what a crock!!!
I don't support Capel. I think he's gone and needs to be, but dang, I don't see trashing the guys that play their hearts out AND turn out to be very productive. The record is what it is, but there are some decent players on this team and there are some young men that, when given a chance, will fight to the end to prove themselves.
