We didn’t have to hire a first year coach who needed time to acclimate. We could have hired an experienced, successful winning coach ready to take the next step.
DLo talked a great game.
We should not be losing to below average teams who come into our field with more fire in their gut than our team and show more creativity in their game planning.
Our Special Teams coach is the only one coloring outside the lines.

What he did was make an OL coach ( who I loved ) a head coach. He set him up for failure. Has that ever happened in the history of the game? DG is responsible for where we are today on the field. Plain and simple.
