We know he won't win it but it is great to see his name listed. He certainly deserves to be in the top 20.

All I know is that we've only lost ONE game, which was an OT loss at #9 Penn State in his first start, when Zac was our primary QB.
Interesting factoid...he also has a 100% ratio of TDs when thrown to as a receiver!

And I don't think Evans is near as good as Zac. Evans is very solid but I feel like he benefits from weapons and is not a player who can take over a game. ZT is someone who could take over a game in the SBC and lead us to victory.

Yeah, I don’t really understand that type of talk from anybody. The young man is the QB of a team that beat you 2 times last year. So if he’s average what does that say about the ULL team. If we get beat 2 times in a season by any team I sure hope they have a better than average QB.

In fairness to UL's fans thinking, Zac struggled (by his standards) against them last year: 48% completions, 181 total yards, 1 INT & 1 TD. He was not 100% healthy and it showed. We know what he is capable of doing on the field and I think he will be ready to make a believer out of their fanbase!!!Mjohn1988 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2019 4:56 pmYeah, I don’t really understand that type of talk from anybody. I mean, it's like three bored dudes throwing around talk like that. We have at least a couple of clueless loudmouths on this board from time to time.

Yes, their QB is pretty good. And to be fair to their fans, Zac did not play well against them. Fans and even coaches often go by what they see in person. Zac has a chance to show them how good he really is. If he struggles tonight then it will be fair for them to feel like they just have his number. Here is to hoping he is able to play the way we know he can.appchicago wrote: ↑Wed Oct 09, 2019 7:57 amI mean, it's like three bored dudes throwing around talk like that.
