Peterson has them completely off balance. That 1-2-3 pitch sequence to start the top of the 2nd was filthy.

Bats are hot.
Pitching looking good. A little sloppy conditions led to a few defensive blunders.
Harris has looked solid in his relief appearances. Wondering why it took 11 games for him to get a chance.

Yes, I’m a bit early. OK, we can put all the in fighting away at this point. The backbone of the regular season is upon us. Kind of a mixed bag for the non-conference schedule, but that doesn’t mean anything at this point. Looks like it’s gonna be nice next weekend so hopefully the crowds come out. Coastal ended up taking 2 of 3 from ECU so they still have plenty of fire power but anything can happen. I think the one thing we can agree on is that this team doesn’t quit and that’ll go a long way in the conference.

Arms might be a tad better than years past (less walks, more around the zone) but don’t think the bats are. Zamora back to resurgence and getting Kam back will help a ton. Nice to see Seward battling.
DuPont is a really good hitter as well.
Time to get after it. Hope we get some solid crowds and support the guys.
