Are they a series of misses (we have had a couple)? QB is a tough position to identify hits or misses, because in most seasons only 1 or 2 players (if your are fortunate with injuries) actually see playing time. It's not like WR or RB where 5-10 players see the field per game, plus players have Special Team opportunities. Add in the fact that we have had Brice and McBride transfer in with playing experience and the QB room can get awful crowded. Beyond that, getting into implying that people are dumb - regardless of whether it's true - isn't really the best look IMO.
As for former players, I appreciate all of them that come up the mountain and put in the work in practice, film study and the weight room. They are all a part of our program, whether they are in Boone for 1 year or 6 years.
