The article on appstatesports.com a few days ago was almost written as if our teams were going to Birmingham to accept the championship trophys without much doubt. In my thinking, it was always in doubt according to select event results published in recent days.

Generally day one was our best day in the SoCon the last few years as well.

Van Ord just set a meet record for the women's 5000 m.

McFoy App State men take 5000 m.

I am guessing that is our Cross country at play in these events.
