Men respectable at fifth, women struggling at 11 going into the final day.Impressed with steeple chase champion Calbert Guest , just off the Conference record.

Ark State is dominant .Given the strength of the Conference overall our guys 5th place isn't bad .The womens performance was hmmmm ...weak.

Men were 6th last year with 58 points, so a 17 point improvement and one position up in the finish. The women fell off last year's finish--23 fewer points and 3 place drop in the finish.

I expect coach McLean to really start making his program back into the powerhouse it was when it had a facility...

Randy Marion's name isn't on the venue because he just gave money for the venue.. the T&F program got a hefty contribution as well.

We should be very strong in the distances every year .Shore up the other areas and move up a notch or two next season.

Are there spectator stands for the track on 105 yet?
Second question: Is an area for field events (shot put, discus, high jump, broad jump, etc, been created and finished yet?

It's all open. I imagine it will turn into a new park for Boone, and that green grass will be filled soon with doggy poo, and frisbee hippies.
