Elon slight lead over App in Germann Cup.

I did a real quick spreadsheet of the top 7 schools for the Germann Cup.
If Elon wins today's women's tennis game against CoC and everything else stays the same for OTK and SB then Elon may take the Germann Cup this year and App State will be about 3 points behind in 2nd place.
App needs to keep 1st place and take the OTK title and keep Softball in first, and hope Elon falls in OTK on day two from 2nd place.
Elon can fall one spot in softball and that would help us. After today all that is left will be Softball and the SB tourney that gives 2 points to the conf tourney champ. If Elon takes the tennis tourney over CoC and we take the softball tourney I think Elon wins the Germann by 1 point.
There is a little bit of wiggle room. 4 points up in the air for the tennis and SB tourney. We need Elon to drop like a rock in the OTK today. That is the one spot that can have a lot of movement. Based on the ITK results that may not happen.

School VB Wsoc XC WBK ITK OTK WTN WGO SB Points
Samford 11 11 10 7.5 10 9 5 8 4 75.5
Elon 9 7 11 10 9 11 11 7 5 80
App State 1 9 12 9 11 12 7 6 12 79
CoC 11 7 3 7.5 6 6 14 9 11 74.5
OTK WTN WGO SB are the sports I put data in for myself. OTK will be finished in a few hours, and we sit atop SB. If OTK and SB finish as they are now we have to win the SB tourney and take those two Cup points to overtake Elon.

The women finished a distant 2nd and the men finished 3rd.

Formatting is a problemso the chart I cut and pasted from the spreadsheet may not look good when I submit. And I make no promise that the numbers are correct but I have a pretty high level of confidence this is correct.
School VB Wsoc XC WBK ITK OTK WTN WGO SB Points
Samford 11 11 10 7.5 10 8 5 8 4 74.5
Elon 9 7 11 10 9 9 11 7 5 78
App State 1 9 12 9 11 11 7 6 12 78
CoC 11 7 3 7.5 6 6 14 9 11 74.5
The only thing left is SB. We can't get higher in the standings, but Elon can fall one spot and lose one point. If that happens we take the Germann Cup. If we fall out of first in SB or Elon moves up a spot we have to win the SB tourny to take the Germann. To win the Germann outright we have to win the SB tourny (held at UNCG this year.) Elon would also take the Germann outright if they win the SB tourney, but that seems unlikely. VB killed us this year.

Someone asked for the Spreadsheet I did for the Germann Cup. In case anyone else wants it I am attaching as an Excel compatible Spreadsheet. I should have done this is Google Docs and had it all online. The red text is my adding the numbers in based on the posted results and following what I think are the correct rules for awarding points.
To heck with it. I can't attach the file so I made a Google Docs file. Go here, and you should be able to download it if you like, maybe not.

Elon has a 0.5 point advantage on us based on current standings as of 23 April 2013. We need Elon to lose and Samford to win in SB until tourney time. And we can't slip to 2nd place in SB.
